About Michael
Michael is a passionate and fervent preacher of the Gospel. Armed with humor, creativity, and a "point-blank" approach he encourages his audience to radically live for God. Michael is viewed by many as a trusted and seasoned voice to this culture because of his 18+ years of successful leadership initiatives.

He and his wife Lucy served as the District Youth Directors of the Gulf Latin Spanish District of the Assemblies of God where they oversaw the youth ministries of 415 churches in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas for 8 years.
Currently, Michael serves as the Young Adult Pastor at Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, TX under the leadership of Pastor John and Matt Hagee. Young Adults are being reached weekly from around the city through life groups, college-campus student chapters and midweek C3 services.

He also is the founder and director of Impact Now School of Ministry which trains future leaders to creatively take the Gospel all over the world. This school is in partnership with Cornerstone Church and is effectively preparing students to do the work of the Lord.

Michael received both his bachelor's of arts and master's degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Theological Studies. He and his high school sweet heart, Lucy are proud parents to 6 children: Geneva, Danielle, D'Sarae, Lauren, Kristin, and Josiah.

1.) I understand Pastor Michael does not have a set honorarium, however what is a normal range that he typically receives?
$2,500-$3,500 for speaking.

2.) Does Pastor Michael have a required or preferred airline for flights?
Pastor Michael will fly with any airlines, please feel free to choose the most affordable one. However, please be prepared to assist with the purchase of one checked luggage. American Airlines is one of the frequently used airlines for Pastor Michael.

3.) We would like to prepare a gift basket for his arrival, does he like anything particular?
​
Pastor Michael will be thankful with whatever is given. However, he does enjoy healthier-type snacks such as, fresh fruit, trail-mix, granola bars, low-calorie sports drinks and water.

4.) Our event is bi-lingual (Spanish & English) will this be an issue for Pastor Michael.
​
He does prefer to preach in English, however if absolutely needed, he can preach in Spanish but it’s not his dominate language. He would rather preach with a translator and concentrate on one primary language.

5.) Does Pastor Michael have any products or resources that he brings with him?
​
Yes, however he may not always bring them. It will depend how long he is at a given event or church.
